01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", the "User") and AP Astro Private Limited, operating Apastro.store ("Apastro", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on or transacting through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, each incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

02Eligibility

Use of the Platform is available only to persons who are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, of sound mind, and not disqualified from contracting under any applicable law. Where you transact on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you are duly authorised to bind such entity to these Terms.

03User Accounts

Certain features may require you to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You shall notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in breach of these Terms.

04Products, Listings & Pricing

We endeavour to describe and depict our products as accurately as possible. However, colours, textures and natural characteristics—particularly of gemstones, rudraksha and handcrafted articles—may vary on account of their natural origin and your device's display settings; minor such variations do not constitute a defect.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout.
• Notwithstanding our best efforts, listings may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to description, price or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such error and to cancel any order placed on the basis of incorrect information, even after order confirmation, with a full refund of any amount paid.
• Product availability is not guaranteed and is subject to stock on hand.

05Orders & Payment

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is accepted by us only upon dispatch of the relevant goods or express confirmation. Payments are processed securely through our gateway partner, Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are duly authorised to use the chosen payment instrument.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to impose limits on quantities, where we reasonably suspect fraud, error, resale activity, or a breach of these Terms.

06Nature of Spiritual Products — Disclaimer

The articles offered on the Platform are spiritual, astrological and devotional in nature. While we guarantee their authenticity, quality and ritual energisation, any benefit, outcome or result associated with them is a matter of personal faith and varies from individual to individual.

Information provided on the Platform, including descriptions of benefits and remedies, is offered for general and devotional purposes only and does not constitute medical, financial, legal or professional advice. It is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. You agree that you rely upon such information, and use such products, entirely at your own discretion and responsibility.

07Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including the Apastro name, logo, trademarks, text, graphics, images, product photography, page layout, design and software—is the property of AP Astro Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You shall not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, republish or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

08Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose.
• Infringe our or any third party's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its servers or related systems.
• Post false reviews, impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, harvest or interfere with the Platform.

09Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apastro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, goodwill, data or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Platform or any products purchased through it.

Our aggregate liability in respect of any claim arising out of a transaction shall in no event exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AP Astro Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

11Force Majeure

Apastro shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war, civil disturbance, governmental action, strikes, failure of telecommunications or logistics networks, or any other force majeure event.

12Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, for any breach of these Terms, suspected unlawful conduct, or any other reason we deem appropriate. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

13Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the grievance and dispute-resolution mechanism below, the courts at Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Complaints will be acknowledged within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt and resolved within one (1) month, in accordance with applicable law.

15Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend or update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms shall be effective upon posting on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
